Your ThermaSkirt system must be cleansed and protected by a corrosion inhibitor suitable for alluminium radiators, as required by BS 7593:2006 ‘Code of Practice for treatment of water in domestic hot central heating systems’.
DiscreteHeat recommends our own TS3 Cleanser and TS5 Inhibitor or Scalemaster CM5 or CM10. Chemically softened water should NOT be used.
