How does ThermaSkirt® work? 

Simple. ThermaSkirt® is a hi-tech aluminium alloy extrusion, with two watertight channels 'moulded' into the back. Patented connectors and covers allow it to be installed all around the room in a matter of minutes, and it connects straight onto a conventional plumbed system – just like a steel radiator.

Oh, and because its beautifully made and finished, you'll be delighted at how it looks as a skirting. Because ThermaSkirt® is made from an alloy that is 5 times more effective at passing heat than steel, the warm water from your condensing or combi boiler (gas or electric) soon raises the temperature of the ThermaSkirt® and the room. If it's such a good idea, Why has it not been done before?

It has. Sort of. You may remember the cast iron heating pipes around the classroom or workplace? A few companies made skirting level radiator systems in the past, but couldn't match the performance or simplicity of established radiators... until now. Lets face it if you would have told a plumber 10 years ago that most new houses would have plastic hot water pipes and push-on connectors, he'd have laughed like a drain.
